CUT WIRE SHOT
It is produced from steel wires of selected hardness from 20 to 62 HRC, in accordance with the PN-90/M-80051 standard, in the AM class with granulation from 0.8 to 6.5 mm. It is a shot with high machinability and exceptional durability (approx. 6500 passes), which makes it the most economical abrasive. Recommended for pneumatic and rotary cleaners.

Steel shot cut from wire
has the highest tensile strength and is therefore characterized by the highest resistance to cracking of all shot types. Shot cracking is a consequence of stresses in the grain caused by high energy and the number of impacts. Steel shot cut from wire cracks only after approx. 5,000 impacts on the cleaned surface. Practical studies show that shot cut from wire gives better results and the highest quality of the cleaned surface.
FOR WHOM CUT SHOT:
- steel mills
- foundries
- shipyards
- metal industry (whose production cycle requires cleaning)
- powder coating plants (whose production cycle requires cleaning)
WHAT DOES CUT SHOT CLEANING CAUSE:
uniform overall roughness of the cleaned surface, metallic cleanliness of the surface, free from rust, very good adhesion of the paint coating and significantly higher durability with reduced paint consumption.
CLEANING WITH CUT SHOT AND OPERATION OF CLEANING MACHINES:
high resistance to wear is easily subjected to the separation process in cleaners has a positive effect on the durability of parts with rapid and technological wear reduces the operating costs of cleaners short cleaning time of castings.
